Dodgers Third Baseman Justin Turner catches COVID, and gave COVID to 5 other players during The World Series

In College Football, Notre Dame beat #1-rated Clemson in double overtime.

How to play baseball: There are 4 bases. One is called home, one is called first, one is called second, one is called third. You're going to be up at bat. Your goal is to make contact. When you make contact and it's not a foul ball, you run to first base. If the fielders don't throw the ball into the infield, you can probably advance or two more bases. When you hit a home run, you either hit it out of the park into the bleachers, or you run all around the bases. You earn a run (a point in baseball) if you touch home plate. BUT if somebody is on the base when you hit a home run, it counts as more runs. If there's one person on base, your hit would score two runs. There are nine positions on the field. If you're a pitcher, you're trying to throw the ball to strike the batter out. Three strikes, the batter is out. Four balls, they get to advance to first base without you trying to stop them (or if they're hit by a pitch). Any place in the infield is trying to either tag the runner out, or throw to the next base the runner is at. So, if he's running from home to first, you want to try to throw to first before he gets there. So if you're in the infield, the first thing you should do before he gets to first is try to throw there. If you're in the outfield, however, your goal is to try to catch popups and stop the runners from scoring. You have to throw to the next base too. And that's how you baseball!
